RECORDS REQUESTS & Enrollment verifications

Note: We cannot provide letters on school letterhead, but we can provide you with an Official Enrollment Verification. 

All requests for EDUCATIONAL RECORDS & ENROLLMENT VERIFICATIONS (SSI, Military, Child Support, Immigration, etc.) must be mailed, faxed, emailed or dropped off to Sierra Saleem in the School Counseling Office.
